Thai Red Curry is a sumptuous, aromatic and spicy paste. Great as a marinade or used in a curry filled with tofu, tempeh or vegetables, with a dashing of coconut milk and bamboo shoots.
Ingredients: Onion, tomatoes, vegetable oil, lemongrass, water, garlic, raw sugar, galangal, salt, ginger, chillies, paprika, fresh roasted spices, black pepper, turmeric powder and kaffir lime leaves.
