Upfield Professional ANZ has introduced FLORA Professional Plantcream, a multipurpose plant-based alternative that tastes and performs just like dairy cream.
Made from plant-based ingredients like canola oil and bean protein, it’s vegan, dairy free, lactose free, gluten free, stable with acid/alcohol, stable when boiled and stable for four hours when whipped. It can be used in sauces, soups, desserts and pasta.
