Marine Phytoplankton – The Paste.

The true believers recipe!
Take 1 tsp of pure “Seatonic” phytoplankton powder.
Mix slowly with a few drops of filtered water,
It is easier if you use slightly warm water (not hot or you will damage the precious algae.
Take this paste in small amounts during the day, more may be taken if your body receives it well. Also makes a wonderful mask to give it a healthy glow!
Keep it covered in a cool place.

Basic drink:

Take 1/4 tsp pure phytoplankton powder,
Add to 1 glass of filtered water, wait three minutes then drink.
You may also add to your drink bottle but be sure to add phytoplankton to water, saves a lot of cleaning!
To jazz this drink up a little, try a pinch of ginger and/or replace 1/2 the water with fruit juice.
You may drink this 3 times a day. Serves one.

Basic smoothie drink:

Juice from 2 oranges or 1 cup of fruit juice
1/2 cup pure water
1 banana
1/4 – 1/2 tsp pure phytoplankton powder
Blend and drink.
To add a little more substance try some sunflower and/or pumpkin seeds.
Blend well. Serves one.

Simple milk smoothie:

1 cup milk (any kind is fine)
1/2 banana
1/4 tsp pure phytoplankton powder
1 tbs soaked seeds (opt)
Blend well, food for one.
Sweeten if required with, stevia, bee pollen or honey.

Super food Smoothie drink:

1 tsp pure phytoplankton powder
1/4 pineapple, paw paw or mango
2 bananas
1 stalk celery or 1 lebanese cucumber
2 tbsp soaked chia seeds
1/2 cup purified water
1/2 cup kifir or plain yogurt
Following are super extras, use some or all;
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds soaked
1 tbsp sunflower seeds soaked
2 tsp bee pollen
2 tsp pro biotic powder
2 heaped tsp maca powder
2 tbsp soaked goji berries
Blend well to drink at least 500 mils, makes a super energizing breakfast for two.

Super powerful Guacamole:

2 ripe avocados
1/2 red or white onion chopped finely
1 tbsp fresh lemon or lime juice
1/2 tsp course sea salt
1 tiny hot chilly chopped finely
Freshly grated black pepper
2- 4 sun dried tomatoes sliced thinly or 1 fresh tomato (added just before serving)
1/2 tsp phytoplankton pure powder
Remove avocado from the skin, discard the stone, mash the flesh with a fork, then add the other ingredients slowly – taste testing as you go. Try just 1/2 the chilly and add more if desired. You may leave out the
tomato if you wish but if using the fresh tomato be sure to add it just before use.
Try adding some sour cream or cottage cheese, great in your baked potatoes
On toast, crackers or with corn chips to dip!
To store keep covered in the fridge 1- 2 days.

8) Drink 6-8 glasses of filtered water daily and add “SeaTonic”!

10) Increase your fresh fruit, vegetables, and “SeaTonic”

Zucchini Chia Loaf

1 ½ cups Chia gel (Chia soaked for 20 minutes) 1 cup brown sugar.
2 eggs
1 cup chopped walnuts
2 cups grated zucchini
1 TBSP cinnamon
1 TBSP baking powder
¼ Tsp baking powder
1tsp sea salt
2tsp pure vanilla extract
2 cups flour of choice, wheat, spelt, or mix of many.

Add to your bowl – the Chia gel, sugar eggs and vanilla, beat until sooth and creamy, and then stir in zucchini. Take another bowl and mix flours, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, and nuts.
Add the flour mix to the wet mix, stir lightly to combine and then spoon the mix into greased loaf tin.
Bake in moderate oven 350 deg until the mix is firm and bouncy to touch. Cool before removing from the pan.

Cottage Cheese and Chia spread.

1 cup cottage cheese
½ cup soaked Chia seeds
1 small red or white onion chopped
1dsp chopped parsley

For colour add finely chopped tomatoes or red peppers. Salt and pepper to taste. Combine all ingredients, keep refrigerated. Use on crackers, with corn or potato chips, or on your greens at dinner.

Fruity Chia Smoothie.

1 cup fresh or tinned fruit (fresh is best)
1 cup soaked chia
1 cup water
Ice cubes if hot!
1 tsp camu-camu powder.

Some fruits may need a little sweetener to bring out the flavour, try stevia or honey.

Take your favourite fruit minus seeds, pips or stones, blend in blender till smooth.
Add ice cubes, water and chia gel – a quick blend and it’s ready to drink.

Green Chia/Camu/ Phytoplankton Breakfast

1tsp SeaTonic marine phytoplankton
1 tsp camu-camu powder
1 banana (skinned) 1 cup water, fruit juice
½ cup soaked Chia seeds.
Stevia or honey as required.

Add all ingredients to blender and mix till smooth, enjoy your super boost! Your may also like to soak your chia in different fruit juices or Kefir.

Remember that every small change is a change towards a healthier Lifestyle.
