and energy boost. This healthy food is great for travelers and truckies going long distance and requiring quality nutrition to keep them energised and focused. All you need is a mug, spoon, some milk, juice and/or water
and you have a meal. Useful for any one wanting to lift their nutritional profile, up their energy, the healthy or the unwell, very suitable for vegetarians.

Slim Food

This food was developed to fill the need for a healthy weight related food. It is best used as a small meal or 10 grams 30 minutes before meals, with any milk type, juice and/or water. This ensures your appetite is reduced before
meals, you will feel the excess pounds melt away without feeling hungry or lacking energy. (This weight loss will happen slowly and safely, your excess took months and years to accumulate so expect a number of months to feel the results) We hope that

We recommend eating lots of fresh vegetables while using Slim food, IF YOU ARE SERIOUS about your weight, it is also necessary for you to remove all processed foods from your diet, reducing or stopping alcohol and coffee, remove all
cakes, biscuits, take away foods and deserts.

Brainykids Food

We created this food for the growing child, pregnant and breast-feeding mums and those with tender stomachs. This “food in a drink” contains all the nutrients required to satisfy the hungry, giving lots of protein, energy, marine omega-3, daily fruits, vitamins and minerals. We know there are lots of fussy eaters out there so we have hidden the nutrition but created a fantastic tasting food. Great added to any milk type water/juice for a quick energy boost, it could be added to
cereals, deserts and smoothies.

If you let it sit a minute or two it will form a gel, you can then add fruit and ice cream on top and know your child (or YOU!) are eating really healthy food even with the ice cream or yoghurt! We consider it an “any time” food for the active child. (10 grams ½ scoop will be plenty) With it’s high omega-3 content, it feeds the growing brain and helps to calm the over active child and assist those with learning problems. We have also added freeze dried fruit powders to give a serving of
fruit and to enhance the flavour’s. As with all our foods we recommend lots of fresh water, this is important for the ingredients to expand and the hydration of the body. This food forms a gel quite quickly so a spoon maybe helpful to get to the bottom!
